Dr Satnam Singh Chhabra

Dr. Satnam S. Chhabra earned his advanced Master’s degree in Chirurgical Neurosurgery (M.Ch.) from Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow in 1991 after obtaining MBBS and MS in Surgery from King George’s Medical College, Lucknow. He has practiced neurosurgery for the past twenty six years at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in the capital. Dr. Chhabra is currently Chairman, Department of Neurosurgery, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. Dr. Chhabra holds the record for having performed the largest number of endoscopic spine and brain surgeries in the nation. Dr. Chhabra has conducted training programs across the country to train surgeons in the procedure that he has developed with live demonstrations and presentations followed by training reinforcement and assistance. He has presented papers at many international and national conferences and is a member of several international and national professional bodies of neurosurgeons. Dr Chhabra has visited several International Neurosurgical Departments of various Universities across USA & Europe.
